Business ethics and the nature of the government. The book does not explain this concept, but I have a question. I searched the Internet but can not find the definition.

Professors Thomas Donaldson and Thomas Dunfee, a proposal for a version of the contract for the theory, they call the Integrative Social Contracts Theory.
They argue that most conflicts by formulating a "fair deal" to be resolved between the parties, with a combination
i) macro-principles that unite all the sensible people on universal principles and
ii) the micro-principles formulated by actual agreements between the parties.
Critics say the proponents of contract theories miss the central point, namely that a company belongs to someone and not a mini-state or a means of distributing social justice.
