Which tattoo concealer works the best? - tattoo concealer
I need a concealer which easily covers on and complete my tattoos [All my tattoos are black]. There is also the kind of economic bcuz I'm going every day, and I do not want to lose a fortune to hide my tattoos.

You will not get a spell but cheap labor. Period. All publishers should be dusted with powder to a level long enough and be effective.
